If you are referring to the precision from dex, yes, that is in his kit to gain 1 for every dex and use one per hit.
It that isnt what you are referring to (and even if you are) maybe try words in the post instead of a series of question marks so we aren't guessing what your question is

Update - buffed Heimdall is the 6th champ! So, the pool should be:
- December Champ: Spider-Man (Pavitr Prabhakar)
- January Champ #1: Spider-Slayer (J. Jonah Jameson)
- January Champ #2: Doctor Strange
- February Champ #1: M'Baku
- February Champ #2: Blue Marvel
- Former 6*-locked Champ: Heimdall
Doctor Strange and Blue Marvel will both be going straight to r4 for me - got 1 Colossal Nexus, 1 regular Nexus, 5 regular Titans, and 540k shards saved up right now
Tbh after I pull AND dupe the two of them, I'm saving all my Titans again until either the June or even October pool

What surprised me is when I opened his account, it appears that this player is also apparently cheating, like using mods or 3rd-party software, because of how he attained Valiant status, and acquired many rank 4, 7-stars despite having a very low player stats.
I have already reported his account, and encouraged others to report him as well, but I know nothing would ever happen to him. KABAM SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE. KABAM WILL NEVER BOTHER TO CARE OR ACT ON MATTERS LIKE THIS.

Can the Destroyer fight next week not be annoying?
Destroyer fight is coming and i'm realy afraid what they gonna pull off because i tought Crossbones was going to be easy,8/10 of my fights were zero damage because i could barely survive him
Can Destroyer fight pls be normal and controllable, doesn't need to be easy but i don't want to get my whole run ruined because the AI tought about blocking for 3 seconds,PLS LET US HAVE SOME POWER CONTROL
We can learn how to manage the power gain and S2 as long you guys don't put something else to worry about that involves timing and AI reliance
Almost forgot to mention the absurd energy cost that gives only 2 fights naturally

Are you getting good scores vs arcade and who are you using. The chip damage and wonky ai trying to bait heavies 1/2 the fight isn’t a good challenge it’s just annoying. This isn’t designed to challenge players it’s designed to milk money for shortcut podium rank ups lets get real here
