I’ll accept a nexus for every 2 crystals I opened plz

They create a system that has impossible defenders and then sell the solutions. Then they repeat the mistake of last titan crystal wasting summoners shards they have saved for months. This is crazy and feels deliberate at this point. How do you not test

For compensation, I think those who opened crystals during the bug should get 3 free 7* Red Hulks.

Here’s the real question I have: Is it going to be a situation where the players who did open when the update wasn’t active get to keep all of the things they opened PLUS get an equivalent amount of compensation, which would essentially be the same amount of shards/crystals?

I am not a hater. Not at all. I don’t mind when Kabam lets people keep a few items here and there.

But how do you do that when someone opened like 30 or more crystals? 300K shards or more?

You can’t let players keep all of what they opened AND give them equivalent compensation when we’re talking, what…10 crystals or more? That would actually affect game balance

You clearly have never worked in customer service and your attitude seems to prioritize convenience for yourself than righting wrongs. Please refrain from speaking on this subject.

its the only genuinely 100% bulletproof solution to this issue. Theres nothing kabam can do that is satisfactory other than clawing everything back

Simple solution: find out the highest amount of bugged 7* crystals someone opened today, and then send out that amount of crystals to everyone.

I opened 54 and there were none of the newly added champs to be found aside from those that exited the titan pool.

So it updated with the titan champs, but not with the other groups that were supposed to be joining.
