I'm leaning a bit more towards no and here's my reasoning: yes if they draft Torch and you draft a mystic you're cooked, you can't place any mystics on defense if Torch has been drafted not even Enchantress unless they get the worst AI ever and take a lot of block damage. However, unlike the time when he used to be op and was able to cook not just mystics but every other class, you can beat his scores against meta defenders from other classes with the actual counters to those defenders. Can he do Zola, DThanos, Photon, Serpent etc? Yes he can, but he will take a decent amount of block damage and his score is 100% beatable with champs that actually counter those defenders. If someone's using a Torch vs your Zola and you're using Karolina you can 100% finish that round with more hp than Torch and since time doesn't matter as much anymore you will probably win, if they're using Torch vs Photon and you're using Mantis you can also easily win with more hp left.
I'm not denying Torch will be very strong because he will be, but I don't think he will be absolutely dominating like he used to because against most defenders nowadays, while still being able to nuke, he won't be able to leave with full health because of chip damage unless they play extremely safe like Nick did with that Photon but then that 30 sec fight turned into 50, Mantis still beats that score easily.
Not to mention, there's others he straight up won't be able to do like Red Skull, DPhoenix, Yelena, Bullseye etc. He will definitely be meta just not dominating everything like he did before, I don't think he's op at all, very strong but not op so what really bothers me here is the paywall.
