Re: Some clarification on the recent ban wave
I've never seen such a ridiculous game, where the cheaters are lifted and the non-cheaters are still waiting for the countdown. In one chat, a guy who plays with mods wrote that he was not banned and he continues to play.

Re: Shathra for Dimensional Beings Necropolis challenge
Fam clears all fights after Claire with
Max boosted: 1 revive
Mid boosted: 2 revives.
S99 takes extra 4-5.
I had r3 shatra at that time, but I dint use her.
Kush for Odin and spot for Claire.
Everything else with max boosted r5a FAM. Play fam like you play g99, try not to bait a single special. Power control all the way.

Re: Is Kabam ignoring f2p players completely?
Is it though? Most of the whales are probably comparing themselves to their surrounding whales, not F2P players.True, but a never-ending supply of high progression F2Ps is necessary to keep the whales happy and engaged and spending. No, but spenders keep the lights on. Without them there is no game. This is something that I think some ftp players fail to grasp. They think they are the pure players because they play the game the 'right way' and the spenders are cheaters essentially. The reality is it's the spenders that allow you to play the game for free at all, and this game in all honesty is one of the most ftp plays out there in what it offers that part of the community. Its like those family gatherings, you always have someone who didn't even bring a drink complaining about the food. Why is it that F2P players always shield themselves with "the community". I mean its nice to have a community and all; but "community" doesn't pay the bills, doesn't make the game better, doesn't allow to increase budget to make it better. I mean you could not go out to eat, cook at home and spend whatever you were going to spend out in the game for "the community" right? All for community as long as it’s free 😉What is this logic? So only spenders are allowed to play the game? That's what you're saying right now.Its like those family gatherings, you always have someone who didn't even bring a drink complaining about the food. Why is it that F2P players always shield themselves with "the community". F2Ps are the cannon fodder that whales pay to dominate, the bodies that fill the matchups, and the audience that makes their flex worth anything.
The whole point of a massively multiplayer game is in fact we're all playing the same game. Comparisons are inevitable, and actually encouraged. A little envy is a good thing when it comes to such things. But the mega whales aren't comparing themselves to the free to play players, that's completely worthless. I doubt most give it a second thought, because that would be like Valiant players comparing their rosters to Proven players. That's interesting for all of two seconds. Valiants compare themselves to other Valiants, or sometimes to Paragons.
It is important to remember we do not need to guess. We know what a game comprised of nothing but spenders looks like. It looks like every MMO before about 2010. And games where everyone spent and spent a significant amount did perfectly fine. Spenders can support a game with zero free to play players. But free to play players cannot support a game all by themselves.
There is a virtuous reinforcement between the free to play players and the spenders in an F2P monetized game: it is better for both sides when the game reasonably balances the two. But make no mistake: a game with all the free players gone is smaller, a game with all the spenders gone is dead.

Re: Is Kabam ignoring f2p players completely?
They could make you watch a 30 second ad every 6 fights if you want to contribute.
Re: There is some irrationality with wheel of fate
What confused me is this content is available for Valiant and...Paragon.
You know players that haven't got 3 x 7R3 yet (and not complete Act 8).
So....did Kabam expecting some god like players that clear this content with a roster of 7R2s?
Must be MSD"s master. 🤣

Is Gentle a good champion
Just pulled MK11 Geras from my first Titan. Should I be elated or disappointed? Worth the R3? I watched a few videos about him and people seem to be calling him a "high risk high reward" champion, instead of just glazing him.
While you guys are engaged by this post, what content should I proceed with after completing Act 8? In other words, which quests/endeavors are manageable and highly rewarding for a player like myself, with a few god tier 7*s and mostly 6*R3 and 6*R4s? My current objective in the game is to get one and a half more T4 Alpha to get my second R3 and become Valiant.

My WoF Runs & Rewards
Just want to document this for myself for future reference (and for anyone else who might find an idea or two useful).
Only did the first quest so far; will update when I get to the later ones.
1. Gorr: Isophyne; probably restarted like 10 times until I did two things: (1) realize I didn't have my 5/5 MD mastery loadout active and (2) learn his SP2 dex. After that, I was able to get him down pretty easy.
2. Dazzler: Knull. Just used SP1s and only baited SP1s.
3. Lady
20 minute fight with FAM. Just used SP3s. Dash back when the power drain timer is about to expire.
4. Enchantress: Onslaught; easy fight because you benefit from her power gain and can special her constantly.
5. Thor Rags: Chee. Just bait specials constantly. Don't risk being aggressive.
6. Arcade: Vox. Easy fight because of undermine, poison immunity, and huge degen damage.
7. Leader: Attuma. My first time using Attuma; it went fine. Just stay close, bait only SP1s.
8. Bullseye: Sinister.
9. Torch: Spam. Need to read the nodes here to avoid dying, but otherwise easy if you're patient.
10. Serpent: Easy with R1 Spiral. Had never used her before, but I think she's great. That's the one benefit of this quest, made me realize that I need to rank up Spiral and put her in my BG deck instead of Isophyne.
11. Dust: Easy with R1 Ironheart. Another champ I had never used before, but really like now. Not sure I need or can afford to rank up another tech champ, but she's (or it's?) definitely a great attacker.
12. DThanos: Jean. Would've been a long and annoying fight without her.

Re: "Boycotts, Criticism Vids, Blatant Greed, Rigged A.I"...Shush cause you'll still spend'- Kabam Team
It's crazy to me that one piece of content sends people into a tailspin like this. Like yeah the content isn't great. I probably won't do it because it's just too long of fights.I agree with this.
But this overreaction people are having like it's the last piece of end game content we'll ever see just seems weird. Give the constructive feedback and let them know your thoughts but posts like this are just plain stupid and worthless.
It’s difficult to understand how Kabam thought ridiculous champ restrictions and monotonous fights in WOF makes good content.
But, the overreaction is irrational imo. I struggle to understand the logic… Content is bad so rewards should be great.
if the content is that bad (I agree it is), the rewards are hardly game changing so you’re not losing much ground by not doing it.
I don’t want to suffer through bad content for great rewards. Give me enjoyable content with fair rewards and I’m happy (epoch of pain, necropolis, carina 10 yr challenge).
That’s my take on it
Throwing tantrums on a forum isn’t going to change anything.
Poor participation numbers with bad content and constructive feedback much more likely to hit home.
Re: Some Wheel Of Fate encouragement....well sorta
I see a lot of comments, posts, and all around discouragement and disappointment about the new Wheel Of Fate quest. I just want to say to those who are feeling this way...take a breather, and take your time. Take as much time as you need to prepare for this quest. Lose the FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out). It's ok if you don't do the quest as soon as it is released. This is permanent content, it's not going anywhere. Just be patient, build your potion stash, other resources, and the roster you'll need to do it.Appreciate the positivity, but the main problems here are:
Don't feel pressured to complete this content right now. Take your time and go at your own pace.
❤️
1. The fights aren't interesting or engaging. Kabam just artificially ramped up the difficulty by giving the defenders huge health pools and by putting tight restrictions on which champs can be used. No matter how good your roster is down the road, these fights are still going to be a tedious slog.
2. The rewards are mediocre at best, and that is only going to get worse over time, not better. After completing one run of the Abyss of Legends several years ago, there's a reason I haven't gone back and explored the rest of the quest. Since then, newer endgame content has come out with better rewards, so that's where my focus shifted to. Why waste units, health potions, and revives to earn rewards geared toward 6* champions? Similarly, this quest is going to be quickly surpassed by newer, better content, and very few people will bother to go back to it.
