Electro synergy recommended, since it lets you recover if you mess up the setup which is usually an automatic death sentence. In this particular fight that synergy actually did save me, and despite losing more than half my health from getting hit Doc Ock just stole all the regen and topped back up to full well before the fight ended.

Who works against him? Don't have nefaria

Solo’d with warlock. He only reached sP1 once. Just parry heavy, give him regen by double dashing and watch his power drain. Sp2 and repeat.
