Re: Double Track Event
They've been going strong with these for over 2 years now. Can't stop, won't stop. They want that money.
Re: WWBN Full Moon mechanism
Not sure how long the effect lasts, but it really isn't anything significant enough to wait for really. Some of the fights in WoF are so unnecessarily long that starting a fight with three charges verses none will hardly feel like he's improved. It'd be different if you were talking multiple fights, but for one fight it really won't have a noticeable impact.
Re: Has anyone reached elder in adaptive Eq yet?
Like the tech node, requiring you to use champs with armor up, but almost all tech champs released lately don't have armor up, makes 0 sense.

New changes are bad

Re: Adaptive EQ difficult
Kabam BIG conspiracy #213 :-
"Sucking the fun out of the EQ is not sudden but Kabam's long effort. With every new story title, Kabam is forced to make new EQ and also give better rewards every single month, we all know how their REWARDS BUDGET works (it doesn't but Kabam is kabam)
So, what Kabam does? First they delayed Valiant EQ for more than 1½ years, then they instead turned it into gauntlet thing by copying Paragon gauntlet but instead Valiant is much bigger and longer fights, it's cool, playerbase still did it, so Kabam changed the whole format suddenly, their reason? Ughh we're experimenting ughhh, players said whatever and continued to play the EQ, that didn't suit Kabam well, so they double downed into breaking Valiant EQ by once again changing format because they're ughhh experimenting ughh, forcing players to fight SAME boss with SAME nodes three times in a single quest, that's right THREE !!! What a joke.
But here's the funny part, players complained but still kept on doing EQ, Kabam now pissed af, slammed their fist on table and instead of fixing the problem, they went ahead and grabbed the EQ format by it's throat and turned it upside down, in short giving defenders 1 million HP, as if taunting players with, now try to play EQ."
Good company but recent team is sucking the fun outta game, not once in quarter but with every single monthly update, who tf asked you to poke EQ so much? Now it's dead, don't tell us that raids is next?
Instead of trying to fix something that's not broken, why don't ya try and do something about AQ? That **** should've been the TOP thing to fix and could easily be monetized by attaching prestige to AQ scoring but BIG L KABAM. 🤡

Re: Criticisms of Adaptive Difficulty EQ
Excellent post OP. Too bad it falls on deaf ears on a dead forum. Kabam has lost the concept that great content that is fun to complete with solid rewards results in more people opening their wallet. Goals and objectives that are attainable and enjoyable creates more commitment from a wider player base willing to spend on the game.
Instead, EQ like the constant barrage of sales, prestige changes, etc. only believes people open their wallet because if they don’t, they will have no reason to continue to play the game in any enjoyable fashion. It’s “pay up to get meaningful rewards or get lost. We don’t care.” This direction, that best I can tell started after the 10 year anniversary, shows no signs of stopping. And yes, my comment is completely based on how $$$ is flowing because that’s all this game is about anymore.
Why adaptive difficulty is fundamentally flawed
I just tried the new eq and at the first glance I could see that the PI and healthpools are super inflated than they were used to be. This already created a mental barrier.
Previously I used to do the thronebreaker to get the feeling then jump to paragons gauntlet then valiant eq. I have the ability to get a feel of the eq and play accordingly. Now, it just feels more of a chore. The first quest has very annoying set of nodes right of the bat. The quest practically forces you to bring a mutant champion. I tried a couple of time and failed.
Eq was a fresh mode of game for me to get a break from the other content. But now it forces me to play like a sweaty gamer.
Now to the main point, at just 16k prestige the difficulty has scaled so much that even the first quest is causing deaths then what will happen at higher prestige? What happens when the champion required to complete the quest isn’t ranked up and isn’t under your top 30 prestige champs?
Lets say I upgrade 2-3 champions to increase my prestige to get to the next tier, what will happen is that just the difficulty will increase. Those recently upgraded champs might not even be usefull during the quest.
Is it just another ways for them to increase our potion/revive consumption?
At this point I don’t even want to bother raising the prestige as the difficulty increase won’t be worth the rewards and hassle.
I believe smaller accounts will get the heat of this gamemode.
Smaller accounts are getting less reward than what they were getting before for significantly more efforts.
It’s the end of EQs for newer players and newer valiants whose accounts aren’t well built up.
I don’t think I will be playing EQs anymore. Now the best way to play this game is to login, autoplay to claim daily super and then quit.
The stressfree way to play this game Is to not play anymore.
Adaptive Difficulty? More like Inflated Difficulty.
Re: PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD EQ MODE
They deleted the auto-fight. Lol, quit this game guys, no time to play anymore by changing this

Re: PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD EQ MODE
Elder difficult makes no sense, i completed the crucible and i think it was easier then what iam facing at mission 1.
A simbiote supreme killed my onslaught in two hits, for over 40k each.
