While prestige now matters more, I’m not considering it much more than I did prior to the update. Most of those champs above are quite good and are either already ranked on my account, or will be ranked on my account eventually. Before and after this update, I was not considering ranking up silver surfer or idoom, and will not be touching those champs ever. The power and utility of a champ matters so much more than prestige. This is a game at the end of the day, and I want to have fun with my rank ups. Prestige was and remains at the bottom of the totem pole for rank up decisions for me.

Some people will, but I assume the majority(like me) won't be too bothered with it. I will R4 who I like, like Iceman after getting him duped with the promo code later today.

You just get into a vicious circle if you want to rank only for prestige, for getting the best rewards possible, like what is the point in a game to chase the best rewards, to use those rewards to rank champs you don't like, to get even more rewards to rank up champs you don't like?

better than bending over and taking it. Not everyone wants a prestige game just cause a few did. If kabam want to nerf progression they should give people the opportunity to rectify there nerf.

They didn't "need" (nerf is what you meant because you can't spell to save your life) your roster. Instead of prestige being factored off your top 5 champs, its now your top 30. When you average 30 champs vs 5, your average is less. Not that math is your strong suit. I can tell by your grammar that education isn't your highest priority in life.

Because the OP is discussing getting less rewards as valiant than he was previously getting. He’s not arguing the whole tier system. Again, if Kabam simply set the baseline to current Valiant EQ rewards, that would solve several of the complaints of the new system. Scale up from there and we all know how to get more rewards. I didn’t drop as much as others, but I am sympathetic to those who based on the screenshots are looking like they are going to get less than what they got before.
