Player Banned – Still Waiting After 10 Days
Dear Kabam Team and Forum Members,
I’m posting this here after 10 long days of waiting, heartbreak, and complete helplessness. I was permanently banned during the June 6, 2025, ban wave — and despite being innocent, my account is still not restored.
In-Game Name: ÐR₳₲ØÑ會ÐYÑ₳ST¥
I’ve never used any third-party software, mods, or unauthorized game clients. I downloaded the game from official sources only.
Yet on June 6, I was permanently banned during a mass action affecting over 10,000 players. Kabam later acknowledged that their detection system may have caused false positives, and that innocent accounts would be reviewed, unbanned, and even compensated.
And yes, some players were unbanned after 7-day suspensions — but I wasn’t. I’m still locked out. My account was hit with a permanent ban, and I don’t know why.

Over 8,000 Titan Shards
15,000 7★ Shards
30,000 BG Chips, 3,000 Elder Marks
Missed Alliance Wars, Alliance Quests, Raids, Glory Rewards
Expired Daily Tier 3 Alpha Crystals, Legendary Crystals
Missed Super Events, Milestones, and Special Titles
Every day I log in 10–15 times, hoping I’ll be unbanned — hoping I’ll at least be heard. I sent multiple respectful support tickets explaining I’ve never used third-party tools. I was told it’s being investigated… but how long will that take? My in-game rewards are expiring. My effort is going to waste. My passion is being punished.

Right now, I am that innocent person. Being permanently banned without fault is painful beyond words.
I understand mistakes happen. But what hurts the most is how long it’s taking to correct them. If Kabam could ban 10,000 players instantly with a new detection system, shouldn’t there be a faster way to unban the innocent?
This isn’t just a game for me. It’s something I loved, invested in, and cared deeply about. I’m heartbroken. I’m exhausted. I just want my account back. I want to play again.
Please Kabam, look into my account again. You have all the data. You can verify the truth.

it's kabam - they banned 10k then went to chill for the weekend , then cameback investigated probably only the 7days bans
they will check for other bans when they feel like it , (will stay silent till then)

No hard feelings at all, my dude.I am definitely NOT going in circles cause I finally got you to spill some more drops of information... That's the first time you or anyone else has said the plan is not to release them in the base pool. I genuinely thank you for telling us that. I don't think the community should have to argue and plead to get that information and be told they are "going in circles" or be made to seem silly for expecting the answer "on a random forum post". We literally just wanted some info... thank you for supplying it eventually. I know you're in a tough spot and have to deal with frustrated people all day on here. I'm sorry you're frustrated that these Champions aren't in the base pool; it seems like frustration is causing my words to be interpreted in a way that isn't intended.
I know this isn't what you want to hear, but "we aren't releasing them right now" is a plan, and that's currently where things are with these Champions.
I think it's fair to want to know if champions like Red Guardian and Human Torch will be unobtainable forever, a year, 2 years, 5 years? I understand what I'm being told: no one at Kabam has put thought into that question. I think they SHOULD.
The answer is that the PLAN is not to release them in the Base Pool. In the future, that strategy might change.
Additionally, if there was a current plan to release, say, Red Guardian to the Base Pool - you wouldn't be told 9 months in advance in a comment on the forums. Bluntly, that isn't how marketing works.

As I said, that’s the current plan.
Will that plan change in the future? Probably - but there is no timeline attached.
It could change TODAY, who knows?
I agree that keeping all of them exclusive forever feels a bit silly, especially as that pool continues to grow. This game is huge, complex, and complicated - and every time something new is added, it changes the economy.

His value comes from how sustainable he is and how versatile he is for other content like war. He’s super safe for serpents and pretty much anyone else

Can you see every one of the 180(idk the number) champs in the 7* crystal when you spin?.

The quest actually gets easier once you reach the third one. Makes no sense why the first quest is the hardest and has the worst rewards while the 3rd quest is the easiest and has the best rewards.

Of those three, Crossbones. He’s a good counter for many champs including Photon.

Bones is just that guy. Shang is very good too, don’t get it twisted. But bones can just take so many matchups and make them an absolute joke.
