I abused the bug because they keep making them. Not my fault they do, I made my suggestions purely because it would force them to be more careful going forwards. Punishing the lucky? That does nothing moving forward. Also, no they didn’t. A lot of players (probably more then those who took advantage of the bug) didn’t get everything they paid for, their are countless posts just on this forum where people got cheated out on what they had bought because KABAM tried to “fix” the issue.

i had 1500 units, used them on the bundles that were 500 and 800 for the T5a. If i had seen the cheap bug i would’ve definitely gone to get some T5a, and crystals and new champs. The least they could do is bring those bundles back with more limits instead of one each. Im like 6k T5a away from my 3rd R5.

I would've just been happy to be able to get my 3rd r5 at a reasonable cost, instead of 13000 units later, yet these paragon players get it all and they're just reminding us how "unfair" life is…Certainly glad I paid for a bunch of units for this sale that I'm no longer going to use. Maybe it's time we all shut our wallets and let this game die?

it’s July 4th. One of 2 big kabam sales of the year. This isn’t an rng screw up. This is a middle finger to spenders especially. If this response doesn’t cause wallets to dry up nothing will. This is where everyone needs to finish out the July 4th and beyond with the forbidden B word. That’s how the message becomes loud and clear. This is a big middle finger to the player base and we need to send our own back with what talks in kabam’s eyes. Money.

Also, small reminder, there's likely a new champion track being announced this week.

Just once, I'd like to be one of the guys who gets in on the scam. Therefore, I propose everyone who paid full whack gets units refunded and everyone else gets the offer provided at the bugged price.
The Only Fair Solution to the Bugged Offers
I'm a Valiant player, and while the offers were bugged at the low Unit price, I didnt entered the store.
Some players got all 4 offers for only 600 Units.
Now, if I want those same 4 offers, I would need around 13,000 Units, which is roughly $400–500.
How is anyone supposed to feel motivated to keep playing after something like this? 🤷♂️ It just doesn't feel fair.
This isn't just about getting extra resources. We're talking about T5 Alpha Catalysts, a much faster path to Elder progression, plus valuable champions and crystals.
The only fair solution I see is for Kabam to reopen those offers for everyone at the same Unit price as the bugged offers.
They can't realistically take the rewards back from the players who already claimed them, since it wasn't their fault.
If Kabam doesn't do that, I think they'll upset almost everyone:
1. Players who already spent real money on Units will feel cheated. Some will ask for refunds, and some may quit.
2. Players who missed the bug won't spend 13,000 Units for the same offers.
3. Players who already spent a huge amount of Units at the normal price will expect refunds or compensation.
4. Paying players will think twice before buying future offers if they feel something like this can happen again.
I really hope Kabam finds a fair solution for everyone.
P.S.
I see some saying this only affected Paragon players, That's not true, Valiant players got those offers too, 100%.
