This issue started immediately after the April 15 update and is clearly a regression in the current build. It is affecting multiple modern devices (Moto G54, S26/S26+, S23 FE, S24+, etc.), all with more than enough specs, while older devices continue to work fine.
At this point, it is not credible to keep suggesting RAM, storage or individual device limitations. The evidence shows this is not model-specific, but a broader compatibility issue introduced in the latest update.
The priority should be fixing the patch, not trying to isolate it to specific devices, suggesting repeated DIY fixes such as reinstalling or resetting the game is not helping, as these have consistently proven ineffective for affected players.
This is a game-breaking issue. Players are unable to access core content, participate in events or contribute to alliances, resulting in real loss of progression and rewards.
We understand teams may not be operating at full capacity over the weekend, but from a customer perspective this is a paid service that is currently unavailable.
When will this be fixed, and how will affected players be compensated? Because at the moment, we are effectively paying for a service we cannot use.

Honestly, all the protection and unblockable on like every path wasn't the most interesting.

But a few paths took some thinking to counter right, so it was nice. Heimdall was a godsend for ignoring the damage back of most nodes due to overly aggressive play

The same 1000 or so people are playing. Rest are just doing objectives.

SIDE QUEST SUCCESS!!!!

Loved last months golf game, simple fun. Very enjoyable.

This month's is awesome too. Loving the slo-mo finishes. Would be great to see them again.

to be honest, even if they split story and EQ (which is a month long) from this and just allowed us to do the side quest, solo road and the daily quests that would be fine imo. Stuff that’s majorly time sensitive (less than a week) should be available whilst in Everest content.

But the fact of the matter still remains;

You can still complete the DSE which gives minimum 1 revive per day + possible drops from crystals.
There is no revive farming in game now that back issues have been removed.
crucible exists and you can clearly do two quests congruent and kabam clearly doesn’t mind that as a feature.
Kabam has openly said that revives and potions aren’t a major revenue source for them anymore.

Ultimately making things not necessarily “easier” but catering to people’s lives and schedules/making things more accessible is only going to be beneficial for the community and the game as a whole.

It was after the Elder title update on the 15/04/2026 for me just before 15:00 GMT. Something in the update is clearly affecting the visuals.

I have tried both 30 and 60 fps neither which make a difference.

I have found through large amounts of testing, that if you open the game join a quest, exit the game without closing then go back into it, it will show you the map for a small amount of time but will go black as soon as you enter the fight. It's enough to let you move in a quest but that's it and you have to do this every fight to see where the hell you are going.

Also I have the Smasung S26+ not the moto
