There are literally dozens of champs you should rank like Yelena, Lizard, Sandman, Torch, White Tiger, etc. You could almost pick one at random

Mini-Rant: This is the last time for a while that I will be grinding BGs and it is purely to get magik and her rank up materials. BGs has gotten me so angry with how much hate I get every time I go up against your Serpent, Dark Phoenix, Photon, etc. I actually like fighting them in other content like alliance war or pieces of content like wheel of fate because you can plan in advance and it becomes a good and FUN and ENJOYABLE challenge. But most of the time in BGs it feels like I'm fighting a losing battle when the opponent selects a defender and I don't have a very specific counter. My point is if BGs wasn't as important as it is, I don't think we're having conversations about how much we HATE getting and fighting difficult and annoying defenders. This maybe controversial, but I think lowering the rewards and importance in BGs would make the game so much more fun for everyone. That's just one solution I'm offering. Like everyone else, I wish Kabam would do something to make BGs less infuriating and more fun.
