Honestly how petty do you have to be to "Buff" Infamous Iron Man and not give him an alternative DoT against Mutant.
Sure when he was originally design before the like of Onslaught and Captain British was not a thing, but now seriously?
I mean give him Plasma is not going make him break anything. It not like he will nuke Onslaught or Captain Britain, but at least it make him usable.
