Okay so I do have some extra t5a from whatever source they came from but I'm fairly certain I pulled at least 7 t5a from the jubilant, maybe a little more and I only got 500 sigs

Can anyone look at mine too i got 200, i might be wrong but what's better than confirmation 🧐

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex I pulled 4x t5a from jubilant by my count, only got 300 sigs. Can you verify the pulls from jubilant, please?

I'm basing my claim on times t5a was pulled from jubilant, as any other data isn't relevant until that's verified.

I submitted a ticket but in short I was expecting 300 and only received 100 but also noticed glitches ahead of collecting the 100. My ign name is -ForsakenOne-

Additional info in case helpful :

the original email that came through was showing 200 sigs. Given the discrepancy I enquired with some alliance members who had suggested I check stash as their additional sigs were showing up in stash. Without collecting from email, I checked stash where I saw 100 sigs which in aggregate made sense totalling 300. Went back to email only for email to revert to 100. Collected the 100 before going back to stash only for there to be no further stones in stash. In short , received 100 in total vs expected 300. I had very clearly noted pulling t5 alpha cats on three separate occasions as was keeping track of my pulls from the Jub crystals .

Definitely didn't get the tier5 alpha fragments from Coliseum.. i only pull tier5 alpha fragments twice thru Jubilant Crystal/s.. was sad I got it since I doubt I can rank5 anyone.. but after learning of the first five times pulling tier5 alpha fragments will get 100x 7* generic sig and sixth to twenty 25x 7* generic sig. I was little happy..

Here in the mail I recieve only 100 7* sig instead of 200

I guess my math really is bad.. if 3150 tier5 alpha fragments is equivalent to 100x 7* generic sig and i have 6300 on hand.. btw, I got them during Banquet Event and not after.. i guess I should be happy to even get the 100 sigs.

Are you basing this off of how many fragments you have? If so don't forget we got some fragments from Coliseum rewards too.

Your friend will get 5k 7 star shards for it at some point.
