This will be brought up to the team.
Re: KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests
Can’t trust bot these days, it’s getting smarter and smarter… meanwhile, these forums can’t even handle an ‘I’m not a robot’ test without having a meltdownYes, you are right, I registered on the forum today. What next? the situation does not change, my teammates were banned, as I think it is unfair, if you think that I am a bot, then no, I am a living person and I, like you, have an account in this game. If you have not suffered from this problem in any way, you can close the discussion and not returnI support the author of the post, I think that the bans were wrong or at least the real reason is not disclosed. As an officer, I cannot normally lead my battle group, since some of my players are banned (they cannot change the defense, cannot play the alliance mission). Because of this, my alliance is in such a state that it cannot develop fully. I want to know the real reason for the ban of players, and if it is really significant, I will accept it as a factThis guy just joined the forums just now to make this comment.

Some information channels shared a link to this topic, and many players wanted to add to or answer it.

Yeah, so let's call all of this comments authors, say, bots and just ignore this situation. Perfect solution!I did read his post. But why are people commenting here so fast? And why is it that for many of them this is their first post? Very interesting indeed. So you cheated in battlegrounds and got banned? Yeah you can stay banned buddy.Didn't you even read this post? He is not banned but got the message about being banned...

Good on Kabam for banning players that cheat and/or allow others to play on their accounts.
Bad on Kabam for outsourcing all of their support to AI and making something that already wasn't great significantly worse. That's the only explanation for everyone getting the same message.
So far those that have come to the forums to complain have been outed for account sharing, not for BGs cheating. I'm sure there's a good mix though.

It's most likely that they all decided to work on this at the same time.I'm sorry but the comments are just coming too fast, and all from people with less than 5 posts. This looks like a bot farm to me.Yes, he did, but because of a laughable situation: he is not banned, but has received a message about being banned.I support the author of the post, I think that the bans were wrong or at least the real reason is not disclosed. We don't see many Russians participating in forums, but we can't deny that there are thousands of active users in Russia.
Ill be clear, I'm not advocating for anyone.
I don't trust cheaters.
I don't trust kabams bans these days either.

Re: KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests
Because many in the CIS region do not use the forum, but the last wave of bans affected 35-50% of CIS players and it cannot be that all of them used any exploits, for a couple of days none of us can get a clear answer why they were banned. Many have been playing the game for 8-9-10 years without any bans and now the entire CIS community does not understand why these bans were received, many of us can't donate to the game from our cards and we use friends abroad to make payments, perhaps this is the reason for our bans, but no one wants to figure it out and make any decisions. And now we have only one way out, write to everyone who can on the forum.I did read his post. But why are people commenting here so fast? And why is it that for many of them this is their first post?
