R4 shocker sp1 sp2 rotation, not even bothering with the nodes just pushing havok to sp2 always.

Takes off 1.6 bars every heavy charge and become an easy 10-14 bars in a few minutes pending ai.

Bonus tip: try get havok to a fresh new bar before each heavy charge so you can get the full damage amount allowed. Sometimes after your sp2 he'll be at 1-2% and you can do a quick heavy to knock him into the next bar then full charge for the 1.6 bars.

I’m pretty sure this kind of issue is important to them. Longer there’s no response, the more likely it seems that there’s actually a problem.

This game is centered around alliance gameplay. If you missed the piece because you chose not to be in an alliance, you will have to wait until it’s available for 5,000 units.

In some twisted way this all leads to us getting Stegron sometime in the next couple of months. I just havent worked out the correct path quite yet.

I've been playing the game for the entire 11 years that it has existed and I spend. Not being in an alliance should not preclude players from acquiring all pieces during the "chase".

No it's not. When you join this game, you aren't required to join an alliance to have an account. Alliances are an aspect of the game and I have no problem with extra alliance-events that run along side the solos. But, when it comes to characters like this EVERYBODY should have equal access to acquiring the pieces (during the "chase) regardless of whether they're in an alliance or not.
