I really never cared about who won the summoner choice. There are so many beyond God tier who wasn't summoner choice...like serpent, bullseye, nico, jean, yelena etc...

For me, This colossus will be just another mutant champion..

sorry i dislike this idea and saying coliseum is hard is a lie the sole one is one of the easiest because if you can kil just 1 bar he just get it for free the alliance one is a bit. Mixed. Considering Kabam removed the 2-5 star versions of Dark Phoenix, we may only see her in special events on occasion. There is no way she was designed only for Heart of Fire, otherwise she’d be the rarest trophy champ in game, alongside Immortal Iron Fist

I honestly don't understand why everyone's clowning @EdisonLaw for only being a Thronebreaker while ignoring all the valid points he's raised in this post. BGs brainrot is real, because that's all that really seems to matter these days. 90% of MCOC creator content showcases are done on either live BGs or CCP Beta simulations. Tier list rankings are basically based solely on how well a champion can perform in BGs. When I go into global chat and look at people's profiles, it's always the same few champions over and over again.

As a lower-tier Valiant myself, I've felt so much better ever since I stopped caring about BGs and the "meta" and just started using whoever I wanted. Right now, I have great champions like Nico, Karolina, Bastion, and more sitting at rank 1, while I have champs like Guardian and Medusa at rank 4. I don't grind BGs anymore, because it's genuinely become a vicious cycle of constantly trying to keep up with the hamster wheel of the MCOC meta. It's time for the community to accept that the meta is always changing, there will always be new, better, more meta champions, and the playerbase will always be playing catch-up. Just look at the player who spent $200k and got first place in the 2024 Banquet. His profile is now no different from any of the other top players, and all that money he spent basically got him nowhere.

I think the point I'm trying to make is just to enjoy the game and do what makes you happy, and don't force yourself to follow the meta just to keep up. At the end of the day, MCOC is meant to be a fun video game, not a joyless grind.

Without even reading this post, seeing the "BG brainrot" in the title, it's safe to say I'll agree with at least 95% of it. It's so ridiculous. Every champ is "mid" cause it's not a 30sec kill. Even saw a comment on that Lags video saying the designer(DLL) has something against black man due to the release of patriot & now blue marvel. Like what??? Is that relevant here, probably not, but had either been a BGs nuke, we probably don't see that connection. While a part of the community definitely is the reason, kabam is just as guilty, if not more. Considering how the whole game meta shifted towards BGs. It looks as they are trying to shift it back, imo, the damage is irreversible. Off to read the post. Hopefully it doesn't take me 15 minutes so I won't miss my edit timer, in case I need to change anything. I'm hopeful I won't
