I have no sympathy for Beroman and KT1 being excluded from CCP.

Quake is an Inhuman, so it would make more sense for her to be Cosmic, not Mutant.

We're almost certainly not getting a Stellar Forged Magik, because they have already announced a new Chase Magik with Radiance, so they're not going to devalue her by introducing another kind.
