Why is there a time limit on the trade ins? Or maybe it’s just proof that the limits are too low. It will take me 69 weeks/483 days to trade in all of my artifacts. The trade ins expire in 275 days. Other currencies have similar problems.

1. "The cap on Glory and Trophy Tokens is also going to be removed to prevent any excess resources from expiring before they are meant to."

It comes too late — as you've seen, many Summoners, including myself, have already had their Overflow Glory expire. Raising the limit at this point missed the mark for (tens of?) thousands of us.

How are they going to reimburse these losses? Not a peep on that…

2. "The design of the Trade-In system is intended for there to be a steady drip of Essentia over time, to support the shift to Essentia, so that Summoners with a large stack of outdated resources don't get a major surplus of resources on day 1 compared to those who don't."

That makes zero sense for two reasons: a) These Summoners already own the resource, accumulated through time and effort; why penalize them by depriving them of the ability to use their own resources? b) There's nothing competitive involved in the store — it's not like there's a Realm leaderboard event for who spends the most Essentia — so who cares how much Essentia one Summoner has vs. another Summoner? Just like before one had more resources than another, so, too, in the new economy.

3. "The tuning for Raid tickets will be adjusted in the Essentia Store going forward to be better in line with the pre-existing purchase rate."

This is not possible because as I previously explained, Loyalty offers a much higher efficiency for RAIDS tickets than the other currencies. How can they adjust the purchasing rate of Essentia based on different underlying currencies?

4. The message doesn't even address what they told us previously, that the Essentia store would be run concurrently with the legacy stores for a short period. If they had done that for even a week, none of us would be in this mess. Why did they not follow through on their commitment? Not a word…

All in all, a very ineffective and problematic Announcement for which we waited many hours and received little value.

Most cretins who rant about quitting on the forums are just idiots, but you're right, I'm seeing dedicated money-spending players either leave or get close to leaving recently.

I'm in the same boat. I have Dark Phoenix, Red Guardian, and Torch, so I participated in all the big sales last year, and I don't have a problem with spending, but recently it's been one alienating decision after another from Kabam and I just don't really care much about this game anymore.

The idea was to drip feed? Lets look at this "last week" only. I do believe on a Nightmare Raid week our Alliance gets close to 7k glory. With the drip feed method would have taken 15 weeks to trade that glory 🤣

where are the incursion crystals? I was just short of another crystal but the store is now gone and the only way to purchase the incursion crystal is with radiance. Incursion rewards (artifacts) should be used to open exclusive incursion 7* champs (which we can’t get anywhere else). We should be able to convert our artifacts into essentia to open the incursion crystal or we should be able to convert our artifacts into radiance ( which I doubt they would want)

all they had to do was say “don’t hoard your resources for essentia, it is going to be garbage anyway”

I would have gladly just bought out the bg’s store and glory store.

Lost 4100.... My glory is still capped so even if I could claim them now they would have not been accepted..Additionally they implemented a supposed fix after those alliance rewards were expired...

Just another disappointment to add to the extremely long list of disappointments

Lost 3100 Glory to expiration since Glory was 15.785/16.000. In a week I will lose another 2500 from last week's rewards if the cap is still there.

Also, I didn't buy Raid tickets since I am chilling in a retirement home..ehh..alliance and we don't play Raids
