I mean for the hero challenge I used karolina for that domino. So, I don't think things failing will really be an issue with bastion. Just bait sp1s and spam your own sp1s. Since it's power shield she should go down pretty quick.

i dont have onslaught, abs man, crossbones, nefaria…

ill be running bastion, zemo, serpent, cassandra and lizard.

serpent can do all of the evade fights, and generally like 70% of the entire ordeal.

cassandra should work for doom, korg, nick fury

bastion as a back up for serpent

lizard for general utility, could do sasquatch, mojo, dragon man, ibom

zemo for void and back up

again, most valuable champ here is serpent, the rest is to just fill in some extra utility.

i did this last year with serpent and it worked out great.

I’ve seen multiple people saying that it worked for the hero run to start whenever and then finish off Thanos after the objectives went live… personally I don’t think it’s worth the risk but multiple reports would indicate it’s possible.

I just can't believe that this guy continues to have the worst opinions possible. I still think there's a small chance his whole account is just trolling everybody.

I absolutely hated the 40 champion deck experiment and I did not like having to use shuffle signets more often due to RNG not giving me a good pool of champs to pick from when my opponent was getting way better champs to pull from. Example - I'm hoping to pull Jean Grey or Sinister or any of 5 or 6 viable yelena counter that was pulled first round of drafting. I then use a shuffle and get champs that I didn't want and then they pulled 2 more champs and I am still trying to find counters and defenders and then pulling the same champs from the round before that I shuffled out of. It was incredibly frustrating.

Don't even get me started on all the cheaters that still somehow are able to still have accounts and still plague BG.

I also think that the statistics of engagement in this season will be inflated due to the goblin limbo event/objectives, so I hope that the inflated participation does not give a sense to Kabam that this experiment was a success. This was the most frustrating season that I've been apart of and I feel like I've said this for the last 3-4 seasons in a row. It's just been less and less enjoyable as a mode, but its one of the best ways to get radiance without sacrificing my sanity and joining a top tier alliance that I don't want to commit to nor basically say that I am available on command/demand.

So it seems like the ones that seem to like the 40 deck roster and worsening shuffle economy are the guys that have 30 or more rank 4 champs and always find themselves in anything higher than Uru. The shuffle process isn't a factor to them because they 'got gud' against any defender with any champ.

I can't knock these guys for being good with it.

However, banning 5 champs instead of 3 is nice until you realize that probability of seeing your desired champ is smaller with the larger deck. from watching higher-level guys on twitch, I see that banning guys is more like banning something more annoying as opposed to strategically banning champs that could mean the round and/or eventually the match. These guys don't NEED shuffle signets. These guys don't NEED a Larger deck. This thread isn't meant for them. So what really is the question becomes: who does this tailor to more? Smaller-level competitors who like to try their skills? Or higher-level guys who really don't care either way how the format is structured??

I think the worst part of all of it, everything worth anything cost radiance and the only way to get it and lots of it, is BG’s. BG’s is not enjoyable anymore for me and I have a 36k account. Watching someone get every counter for every champ I pull for the last 5 fights in a row is a huge turn off. And until Kabam shows me the other fight I will always think something shady is going on.
