Yep, should be getting a comp for missing the Double Up Crystal that was paid for as well if one was given out for the standard one.

So, taking a look at other "Kabam" accounts:

Well they're here. But active doesn't mean posting or anything. Just that that's when they last checked in; which will have been suddenly skewed by the Adaptive EQ problems making them shut down the entire game.

Even Pinwheel isn't posting lately - not a word in two weeks!

Rex/Mike is fairly active, and Crashed is moderately active (and it's not even Crashed's job to be here!), and to a lesser extent Pinwheel.

But the total lack of any interactions from our community manager is a pretty clear message that either he was told that communicating on the forums wasn't actually his responsibility; or that replacing Jax as 'community manager' was a reach that Dave just wasn't up to.

I really can't believe that after months of testing other things, months of collecting data and months of feedback, this is what they came up with lol …

This is just disgustingly time consuming and annoying.

Give players an option. People who are comfortable with this EQ let them do it, for others give them an option to do the older format.

I am 100% sure, over 50% of the people won't even attempt the new EQ after the first try. Not everyone has a competitive mindset, a lot of us play for fun and to get their minds off the daily grind.

If Kabams mindset is to keep only the top tier player who can play + the whales, I guess they are on the right track :D
