The alt account that is signing in by default is probably linked to whatever Google/Apple account you are logged into. Try switching that account to the one you have linked to your main and see if that solves it.

The ending date always matched the saga date of April 8th. Clearly communicated since the beginning of the chase in the in-game message. The redemption timer extends two weeks for a couple reasons. First, what happens if you earn your last token the day it ends? You won't be able to buy him in time. Two, you get all the tokens, but you forget to grab him before earning the tokens ends. Now you're screwed because they didn't have a grace period for the purchase.

I get the frustration over missing out, but the frustration is misdirected. They gave 11 extra tokens for free and made additional ones available for purchase. If you didn't make it to 80, then you missed a minimum of 12 days worth of SDE to get him for free. They communicated the end date from the beginning and everyone got said communication in-game, during the stream, and on their socials. Thats the thing though it is easy to awaken new champs in the titan. So even if they make 10 new mutants I dont see myself needing these gems to awaken them

A likely visual bug of rewards that were never going to be there anyway. The rewards were communicated as 1 gold and a profile pic.
