To be honest, that's a matter of choice. Many of us pull every Titan to try and get each new addition. Some people pull very specifically. Some hoard for months because they're unimpressed with the majority of Champs. That's a preference thing.

But to answer, I do not think they use the Mastery Undo/Reset Tokens anymore.

Originally, you needed a Token to reset your masteries.

Now you can do that anytime. It still may cost Units to rebuild them differently afterwards (same as before).
FYI, any masteries “unlocked” will remain unlocked, but Mastery Level Rankup costs each time will still apply)
