OP has just one opinion though, it doesn’t represent a large portion of similar thinkers like he may assume it does. I am still entertentertained by this game and still enjoy it daily. I will play it every day the app still opens , the servers are up and it still entertains me.

I can’t say many of the opinions in this forums, on YouTube or in the CCP represent me or my opinion or the majority playerbase the way you all think it does at all and I have been playing and spending along side you all since 2 months after launch with 13mil+ account.

Players will quit, come and go, get aggravated, take breaks and return or not. Even the most talented ones, even YouTubers, even CCP members and maybe even you ( the person reading this). It’s human nature and everyone’s game experience, needs and reasons to play are different.

In my opinion, 2026 is merely an exercise in change management. A lot is changing, it’s how things survive. If you’re not innovating and changing you are dying. It’s better digested as a drip 💧 but unfortunately has been a fire hose of change this year. Many changes, frequently and rapidly pulling on your comfort level. Be patient and trust the process. They (Kabam) are not perfect but usually get it right in the end. We have seen over a decade of them trying to get it right. Not everything is a home run but they usually get all the way around bases, it sometimes just takes longer than we expect. They also cannot always share the entire vision and we get fragments put in little by little to make sure it didn’t all break at once. The game is over decade old and they sometimes will need to piece meal things in little by little and tweak it as they go in order to NOT completely accidentally break something. Communication is not always fully transparent but they cannot always fully share, the world does not work on absolute transparency and you shouldn’t expect it. Having realistic expectations and patience will go a long way.

I also see many of the same usual forum’s personalities and negativity trolls here in this thread that dominate almost every conversation in this echo chamber of negativity stifling any real progress or productive conversation from ever taking place on these forums. Same names, arguing with each other in almost every thread and every topic. Sometimes it’s ok to just read something without posting an attack on someone else's opinion, it’s truly hard to even visit these forums for any reason as it always feels like a waste of time and a replay of a movie we’ve already seen with the same usuals suspects going at each other.

Enjoy, if you need a break from the game take one. Know that all your ideas to ‘fix the game’ are truly just an opinion and others may not agree. I don’t like everything that happens in the game but

Many of us cried each time we spent 1-2 months (actually more for 6 stars initially) to earn just one spin at the new rarity champ for 5 stars, 6 and 7.. it isn't fun, but it's not new:)

Yep, new rarity champs start out as luck and often with a limited pool.. but eventually the spins come faster.. it's just the continued progression of the game

Yup Still enjoy it! I enjoy collecting rewards, I enjoy claiming my rewards, I enjoy opening crystals, I enjoy BG, acts, and other games modes. I'm not a super gamer so all the little or big things the community don't like doesn't bother me. 9-10 year player :)
