Is the awakening on Starky a must? Cause here's my issue, I was planning on using that ag on Red Guardian but now I don't know, who needs it more?

I don’t know who needs it more, but Starky likes that big crit rate, but doesn’t need a super high sig though…

That's my issue Red Guardian wants the extra crit rate too lol and his is lower at base than Starky's so I guess what I'm really asking here is: is Starky still usable unawakened even if it takes longer to finish fights?

If you contact xsolla live chat they usually do the refund for you, last CM it took them 36 hours to credit me back. Bought some stupid relic offers instead of what I wanted.
Even better it was quick enough for me to buy the deals right away before the sales were over.

Went in with 33k units knowing I could get to 34.5k without too many issues by the end of the event. Was planning to buy 1600 units cash to pick up a Torch at 36k. Nope. Stopped at 18k. Got 7 star onslaught, zola and sunspot with my crystals. Couldn’t be happier with those plus my rank up materials. Went in another 750 units for another 4-5 6* rank up gem.

Ironically if Torch had been 36k kabam would have had all my units and £50 cash. As it was they only got half my units and no money spent. Overall I’m very happy with what I came out with which is the main thing, and no regrets about not getting HT.

I played two matches today and both accounts had 10+ R4s.

At least with something like Magic The Gathering the top people spend $100k+ a year on it, but the top prizes also involve actual cash.
Here it's like $100k a year (or $20k or $60k or whatever) and the top prize is radiance, which is like useless when you spend that much money anyway.

I went into the event with 3 R4 and now I have 6

KABAM doesn't deserve my money for the spending "deals"

I had 12k+ units saved for the sales tonight and entered the crystal page, finger hit the 3k unit button to purchase 10 featured crystals. I haven't opened them. I have tried to make a ticket but the email address of my MCOC account was deleted by google a long time ago (my account is 10 years old now) so I can't make a ticket because it won't let me log in. Have I literally been scammed or is there any way for this to be resolved on the forums? On the very edge of quitting prior to this anyway so if it can't be resolved I'll call it a day. Thanks for any help
