Over 3 hours without any update is crazy. It's not like the community team is helping with the fix. Different teams for different things, but when things go wrong the communication just disappears. Why?

It's still down after 4 hours! No warning, nothing.

I think I’m just done with the game. Been playing since July 2015. FTP for like 4 years and spent since, not whale level but some serious coin since Dec 2019 but this game is just too much anymore. I played it to release stress from work/life stuff but now it just reminds me of a Toxic work environment.

They know what QA is, they just laid them all off a year or so ago.

Game went down when I was about to collect my last 7 hour crystals. If it won’t get back within next 3 hours I’ll lose 2 x 7h crystals cuz of that. Thanks kabam.
