Re: Prestige Question
For EQ I believe it's from when you enter. I think they mentioned on the stream that you should be comfortable with where you are and make rank ups before joining. For aw and aq I'm guessing it's a cut off just before the next event

Re: Top 5 Prestige Was Outdated
Kabam literally could've forestalled 99% of the community outrage over this change by just implementing a new prestige formula that kept everything relatively the same but increased everyone's raw rating. So like 20k was 200k now, 30k was 300k, etc.
People don't like seeing their hard-earned score drop, pure and simple.
Just another sign that nobody at Kabam seems to understand or care about how emotionally unhinged their playerbase is.
Top 5 Prestige Was Outdated
Now we have Top 30 Prestige, which is something I've advocated for...so that Players can be accurately rated against one another competitively.
In the future, when the game's roster increases by another 50 Champions.
I expect to see Top 50 Prestige. Any thing beyond that would be excessive.
P.S. If you've spent money for Prestige, then invest your resources into the next highest Prestige Champs. π€―

Re: Can anyone beat my Prestige Loss Record?
Yup, it's simple math. I find it hilarious, and depressing, that so few people grasp this.

Re: Ccp 2.0 quick feedback.
You don t just put the code, you have to spend to make the use of, in favor of your favorite youtuber. Paying him for his entertainment services, if any, through kabam.
Now, while kabam is so rich to do this, why the game is still bugged, I have no idea.
I though we were in a "buying stuff to get keep the lights on" situation.
Re: Rhino Buff sucks
I don't have any version of him ranked up and I don't really feel like ranking any version of him up to test him out, but I'll say this: I don't think he needs a complete re-do, but I do hope he goes through the rebalancing programme. Damage aside, I have no problem with his kit as such. I'm fine with him being a "lighter" champ, in terms of kit. I think the game can benefit from that sometimes. He reminds me a bit about Hulk in that regard. His buff was basically just "Hulk smash" + insane stuns, and that worked out great. He's not top of the meta, but perfectly viable nonetheless.
But Hulk has the damage to back up the lightness of his remaining kit, and I find it super weird that Kabam releases a buff that isn't available (even for the CCP, it would seem) as a 7*. That makes it impossible for people to properly gauge him. Now, obviously not every buff is going to be given away as a 7* to everyone the way Modok and the Rebirth buffs were, but if you don't give anyone access to a version that's equivalent to who we're playing with at the moment, then of course people are going to think he sucks. I'm not saying that he'll be a god when he arrives as a 7* and we can take him to r4, sig him up to 200 and give him a proper relic, but his damage will at least be better than the mid-ranked 6*s that I see even content creators testing out right now.
We technically have the same problem with Yondu since he's not a 7* either at the moment, but at least there we can all see which numbers went up and by how much they went up, and the consensus seems to be that the right numbers went up (or down) by about the right amount.
So Kabam, please release him as a 7* (at least to the CCPers) so that we can actually judge him fairly, and then rebalance him if necessary.

Re: Ccp 2.0 quick feedback.
The point was that you already are helping them by interacting with their content in the first place.
I feel as though this is coming off as if I personally will not use this.
I'm talking about value for the average summoner who purchases in the store. You're asking a person in 2025 who probably has the attention span of a squirrel and thrives on instant gratification to take the time to put in a code that gives them nothing in return. It doesn't make much sense. I feel like this could have been implemented in a way that is much more encouraging for the average Joe to use it and support a content creator.

Re: Ccp 2.0 quick feedback.
itβs just more marketing. By giving the YouTubers a piece of the pie, they are more incentivized to get their subscribers to spend on the game because they will directly benefit from that. So their thoughts on the game will tend to be more positive as a result. People already donate to them on their individual channels already, so this is just a way for them to get another revenue steam that makes them have to be positive about the game in order to receive it. Whoβs going to be using a code if the person is telling them not to buy?
I actually find that having that CCP code will make me not trust those people anymore. Thatβs just me though. But get your bag girl and all that lol

Re: Ccp 2.0 quick feedback.
I think Seatin made a great point about this being a much bigger thing for certain creators who have a much harder time monetizing their contributions. For Youtubers, they get their income from people watching their videos. If you have a Youtuber that you watch a lot, you're already part of their economic solution.
However, how did you contribute financially to Cat Murdock whenever she releases a phenomenal infographic? Her work (and others like her) doesn't bring in any income. Not because people withhold any income from her, but because there isn't a way to contribute. I know she has a store where she sells stuff so you could go there and buy something, but just watching what she puts out doesn't really help her in any way in an economic sense. As such, it might be a good way to throw her (or other people in a similar situation to her) a couple of cents out of every dollar you spend.
I would be curious to know if the people that run sites like Khonshu's Ankh or Auntm.ai (RIP) could have been given similar codes, despite not being part of the CCP (as far as I know). I think they provide a similarly vital but hard-to-monetize service to the community.
