Community drops should not be on until the livestream ends, that is clearly extremely confusing. And not considering that prior shows a lack of planning and thought. Is anybody there familiar with Twitch? If drops are "on" for all streams, it is NOT clear that there are unique ones. Drops don't even show until you start watching and it takes a moment for them to kick in. Don't assume everybody reads every message you post, especially when posted on certain platforms, without much notice, etc - it's very easy to not overlap drops.

Holiday weekend, they may have Friday off or people out of office.

Ah yes. The only two solutions. Scrap everything or continue on this new path. You definitely couldn't make them available again. You know, like they have multiple times since twitch drops launched.

Seriously, this is your response? Have a second window open to check my progress? You guys spend a lot of your streams lately making public service announcements about your bad choices that affect the community and then you come back with responses like this? I shouldn't be surprised anymore by the ineptitude but you guys just keeping upping the bar time and time again... Why did the CCP streamers have "DROPS ON" in their stream titles if it didn't count? Talk to the creators and have them take that out of their stream titles then. Completely misleading for them to have that and it not count when it's "Live Stream" only.

They made a discord announcement. But, as I wrote in the post, I missed this announcement.

But I strongly agree that as the day is changed and special drops were added, they should have communicated about it via multiple ways.

And a little off-top which I realised right now. Where were all content creators? Why we need content creators if they don't help community to reach the livestream with special rewards?

I personally like the more obscure and wacky characters. Kabam can do more with them due to them having smaller appearances in comics allowing kabam to use thier imagination more.

TThe real Issue, is people getting uppity over some mid crystals and tokens for a mid champ.

Unfortunately that's a Twitch issue, we have no control over them counting progress. Best practice is to have a tab with your inventory page open and to check to make sure you're getting progress by refreshing occasionally. The drops did work as intended, folks got all the rewards from watching and we had almost double the required watch time available. I know that's not gonna make it feel better but it is simply the truth and all I can say.

The real issue is Kabam thinking watching the stream is such an important part of the game to reward it .. a lot of people probably left a device "watching" in the background and went on with their day.
