agreed, not to mention a lot of people create alt accounts, so you take that skill and put it in a new account and they can accomplish stuff that is far above what their roster looks like

As I recall, they very specifically said that there were going to be incursions objectives and that you would not be able to finish them until the 28th to get the piece.

Probably many of those who are complaining don’t even know how to do the calculations. But just as many of those who are complaining are 100% right.
Personally, I have 52,290 Alpha 5 fragments. Subtract 31,500 from the 2–3% banquet rank, subtract 3,150 from the first Colosseum and 1,890 from the second (not everyone reached the final threshold), and exactly 15,750 fragments found in Jubilant Crystals remain. Divide them by 3,150 and the result is 5 (500 sig Stones). So why did I receive only 400?
And if we really want to do a “dummy check,” I even had a dedicated chat where I wrote down every time I found Alpha 5 fragments from a Jubilant Crystal (5 times) . So there Is something off here.

the Least they can do is not go on global to avoid getting caught

There is an upcoming Incursions SQ on its way, so you should be able to get enough artifacts to get the piece that way.
