That freedom has never been ours. At the very basic level, we play the way we want within the confines of the design they release. The idea of total freedom is an entitled one. We play the game the way they put out, and this community has been one of the most listened-to over the years so we can't say they never listen.

Unfortunately, he's right. Not all necessary decisions will go over well. Sometimes we need to sacrifice things for a better experience later on, and I'm not entirely convinced people look down the road far enough in these cases.

im not fine with elder marks being replaced. Why? They allow for quick and resourceful accumulation of alliance points which enables players to hit their ally mark without too much stress or sweat.

If points for using energy will be replaced with that of elder marks, and then added some on top just because you love the community, then go ahead and do it. Until then, stupid ahh decision. @Kabam (Osaurus) Rex

this I can agree with. Unfortunately for you crashed you took the job of being the face. You are also the one passing information on livestreams and what we get is not what is discussed. It’s got to be transparent. Look at this month’s eq. As a dev i know you were part of the team to decide it. It became more like end game content than a meq. 100k plus attackers with massive health pools coupled with some of the most horrible nodes. That was a milk fest on revives and potions. I know a secondary version is being released but this has to have been tested before release I would hope, but it seems we have been the guinea pigs for over a year. Look at it from a player side of view crashed and you can probably see why there is an angry community and maybe it’s just bad luck for you that the nosedive of the game coincided with you becoming that face. You give us the message. You profess to the changes. You write dev diaries which I appreciate, but also show your responsibility in the decision making process. The guy I quoted makes some good points but at the end of the day your stamp of approval is on the changes crashed.

If I cant use elder marks to play bg then I just wont play bg. I guess thats a win since I can abandon and quit playing yet another mode. Kabam wants us all to quit playing and you can't convince me otherwise.

Stop tickling their balls all the time. They don't care about you. These changes aren't nessecary at all, they are done by choice and from an entirely profit driven perspective. Some analyst has looked at the data and asked why they are giving all this energy away for free when we could be selling it. Screw engagement and a happy player base, give me mo money!

I agree but I'm hoping they will change the point accumulation structure and rewards as well because there's noway people would be able to achieve those milestones using only energy.
