when playing on my iPad with latest iOS the game keeps changing to 30fps on each login. If I forget to switch before the fight, I am sure to lose BG match or in AQ or AW.

AQ-Luke applying weakness?
I can’t for the life of me see how so please someone point out if I’m being stupid.
My Luke Cage is applying weakness in AQ in most fights.
I don’t have the resonance mastery, it’s not in Luke’s kit and I can’t see it in the buffs or the nodes.
What is happening?
