Hello,
I understand and respect Kabam’s enforcement policies. I’m not disputing the decision itself, but I’m concerned that my permanent ban may have resulted from an unintended technical interaction on my device rather than deliberate misconduct.
I’m kindly asking if there is any appropriate channel for a **manual secondary review**, even if the outcome remains unchanged. I would appreciate confirmation that the action was not caused by a false positive.

Who cares about titles. Seriously. I did create my account on the first week of launch, yes, I do have the badge. And I really couldn't care less. It's actually annoying that you can't remove VETERAN. And to be fair. Ok. I did create my account on the first week, but I've had a total of two and a half years of the game due to lack of time. I only have year 6-11 as profile pics, guess I did miss out on at least two of them.
With that said, icons and titles are such BS and says nothing about you.
The most sane in this post is the nerfing of legend. I used to dredd when facing a legend in BG, knowing that it took skill, stamina and perseverance to achieve. Nowadays it's most likely someone with luck in cards…
