Which Act gives most XP? Act 4?

I recall there was another “new” resource but I don’t see it now. Is it available only to Paragon and above?

He doesn't have access to the refined XP yet. So OP, you will be at level 60 basically until you move up progressions.

Normal XP won't help at all or just very slow?

1,000 refined XP is 1,000,000 regular XP, and they're dishing XP out in refined XP right now by the 500-2,000. So, very, very little movement with regular XP.

Here's how much XP I have, and my blue bar. The blue bar is almost entirely from refined XP. You can check how much XP you have to compare.

Correction: were the alliance rank rewards based on “REALM” participation? If so that should’ve been articulated a lot better. Very misleading.

The point structures were the same for all three events. My point is that the alliance event appeared to be a competition among alliance members. Rewards were awarded based on the strongest alliance. That’s what I was referring to Bob! And you’re absolutely right, this was my first year putting more than $50 into the event, because I was under the impression that alliance event ranking would be different. This will be my last year putting over $100 into a game event.
