Never understood the 14 days requirement for alliance banquet

Even though I am not affected by this requirement

since everything comes at a cost and hence it took all my luck both in game and outside the game i opened 3 7* basics and got 3 trash dupes got not even a single 6* in gala crystals

Im also currently around 150. And I'm far from "highly skilled" as well.

I guess we should push to at least 200 so we will be in the "highly skilled" group! I wonder if you get a cool title!
