Have they said if his 99 charges in the final phase can be chipped down over several fights or if they reset to 99 every time you die?

He starts with 99 persistent charges. He loses one at the beginning of every fight. So, even if you can't intercept or avoid his specials, you can still beat him.... but with 99 revives (and less hair).

That would be silly if it were all there is.

But to be fair, there’s been a lot of game sloppiness enumerated across the several posts in this thread (and others).

I don’t think it merits anything big, but a little acknowledgment and apology wouldn’t be bad.

But it's not a reason for compensation. Guardian being invisible yes. A few of the other things on there sure. But missing shards for crystals that were technically still there shouldn't be on the list, more so because it was only a few hours and no one lost anything.

The only meaningful swipe in this fight appears to be swiping your credit card from your wallet.
