Nothing serious injury-wise for me, but the worst side effect of MCOC has probably been my distance vision slowly deteriorating 🤓

Too many hours of staring at a phone up close, and then you look up and realise the world in the distance is slightly less crisp than it used to be.

i have to play on an iPad with a propped up screen case -Sitting on my lap or table if I play for any length of time. Holding a phone (and especially iPad) unsupported for any length of time sets my wrists and elbows off. It’s the constant tension on the tendons for me.

Thank you for the advice! I think it's from all the dashing and parrying. I'll leave the more difficult quests alone for now and experiment a little bit like you said!

Crazy to think about that a 1 year old quest has kinda outdated rewards (I still see 2 T7B, almost an awakening gem and a pretty potent champ selector).

I also wouldn't recommend exploring abyss, or labyrinth, those have pretty outdated rewards too
