I actully had an issue, getting one of my alt banned by mistake. But that was 2 years ago. Took three days but they found out it was an error and resolved it.

I have seen way too many wrongful ban cases. I can't point fingers at ban threads anymore. I come here to enjoy when the ban is real, which is 99% true in forums lol

He's been specifically called out as a champion that they'll adjust to prevent the changes impacting on him.

Gilbert's real name might need google translate to figure out or even pronunciate right. He just picked a western name to make things easier. It happens a lot in the States with immigrants. I remember in High school a guy named Phuc Yi... He went by David, somehow its always biblical names too...
