Unable to claim my Twitch Drops in the game

I watched the stream for like more than 90 mins to claim Rank up Gem but those drops are not available in my game account.

Men seeing how stuck up some forum members are really piss me of, please learn to put yourself in other people's shoes, that's why MCOC will never have a large player base beyond the few who are masochist enough to keep playing like the rest of us

Can I take a 7* to rank 4 as a Paragon?

So I now have an overflow of resources because of banquet, and I'd love to take my Spider woman to rank 4. However being Paragon I can only claim 3 T4 alpha at a time, and I can't use the 4 required to take a champion up. Will there be any change to this in the future? Either increasing the cap of T4 alpha for Paragon players or will we be able to rank up with resources in our stash without claiming them?
