Re: KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests
Because many in the CIS region do not use the forum, but the last wave of bans affected 35-50% of CIS players and it cannot be that all of them used any exploits, for a couple of days none of us can get a clear answer why they were banned. Many have been playing the game for 8-9-10 years without any bans and now the entire CIS community does not understand why these bans were received, many of us can't donate to the game from our cards and we use friends abroad to make payments, perhaps this is the reason for our bans, but no one wants to figure it out and make any decisions. And now we have only one way out, write to everyone who can on the forum.I did read his post. But why are people commenting here so fast? And why is it that for many of them this is their first post? Very interesting indeed. So you cheated in battlegrounds and got banned? Yeah you can stay banned buddy.Didn't you even read this post? He is not banned but got the message about being banned...

Re: KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests
Good day, fellow summoners! I’d like to tell you about how our beloved little indie company, Kabam, works!Tbh, I kinda feel like they really messed up this time too. yeah, trust is gone for me. Once it’s broken, it’s hard to get back.
As many of you know, last week a bunch of players got their accounts banned for donating to the game through third parties. Because of this, my honest and dear allies and friends suffered—people who play the game fairly, without using third-party software, and who also have great skill and an impressive stock of testosterone. They contacted support to find out exactly why they were banned, and the answer from support was a killer — they were banned for cheating in Battlegrounds. And everyone got the exact same response.
I’m not going to speculate on the real reason for the bans, because it’s just laughable. Nobody broke the rules in Battlegrounds — some of them didn’t even really play that mode in the past season.
So, here’s the point of my post: I wasn’t banned. And I thought — what if I contact support with the same issue my friends had, but with my account still active? Guess what? I got exactly the same response as my friends. You can’t make this up.
The funniest part is the ticket submission form. Support asks you to provide your in-game nickname, when you made a purchase, when you last logged in — all, apparently, just to create the illusion that they care about the player. In reality, it seems they didn’t bother to run any actual checks, since our beloved little indie company apparently decided to put their support in fully automated mode so they wouldn’t waste too much effort. I’ll attach screenshots of the ticket and the response to this post, as well as proof that I wasn’t banned.
But hey, don’t worry — any minute now @KarateMike is gonna roll in with the heartwarming “Hey, that's me” post and you’ll have your answer

Very odd how all the sub 10 posts folks are coming out all at the same time.

Re: Possible bug!! VERY HIGH BAN CHANCE! Please read!
Not arguing that, but "VERY HIGH BAN CHANCE" is not a known statement of fact.Just as a heads up, you can't monetize clickbait on the Kabam forums. Many have tried, none have succeeded.I did it. Figured out the thing and it's true.
A million xp glitch/exploit every single day.
It's true that it does not affect the game. At the end of the day it's still an exploit.

Re: KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests
Kabam Support seems to operate on the principle: ‘We have one answer for every situation — why bother coming up with a second one?

Re: KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests
I have never in my life met a game studio that treats their clients (players) like that, it makes you wonder if it is worth continuing to play such a game, because if you have any problem or question, no one will help you. And it does not matter how much money you donated to the game and how many years you dedicated to it.
