@Kabam Miike Thank you for your response. As someone who completed it during the time it was "fixed", though, I would indeed like to know about compensation. It took a lot more units and resources for me to complete it last night than other members of my alliance who completed it before the update.

Just wanted to double check, is the bug fixed? Two of my friends said the Cold snap on Iceman seems to be back to normal, but for me the "Handicap Match" Node/the Node's Description is still bugged. 8745bda53f2t.png

It's back to normal now, I just did my run & even though the 'Handicap' global node typo is still there, it's no longer double the cold snap damage.

Yeah I just did a quick test with a DoT Champion, and the damage was reduced, guess it's just a visual error.

@Kabam Miike What about us people that did it with the bugged node? Will we get our health pots refunded?

Pretty sure I saw somewhere in this post that they'd be looking it over. Don't worry, they've always been good with correcting their mistakes. Except for that Overheating Bug, seems they would rather forget that whole mess...

This would be a great opportunity to generate a little goodwill. It is costless to the game team, helps players affected by faulty programming, and cuts against every “Kabam doesn’t care” narrative here and elsewhere. Getting exact counts of pots is unnecessary—grab counts of players who played Clash during the day or two the node malfunctioned (or functioned correctly), drop an in-game email with a simple apology and include a smattering of revives and heals. Nothing fancy, just a quick thanks for your patience and sorry. Won’t make everyone whole, but helps morale and customer experience a lot.
