**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Temporally re-open X-MEN: XENOCLAST & other 2 PARALLEL EVENTS for those affected by the update 22.0

Dear Kaban: I recommend temporarily reopening the last past events:
X-MEN: XENOCLAST
LOVE IN A BATTLEREALM 3
Captain Marvels Combat Clash
For those players who were affected for more than 10 hours (and many still can't play/logging/sing in), due to the problems that the game presented in the last long hours, so they can complete with 100% the respective events that they were playing or had pending.
P.S: There are already damages caused to our alliances in AW and AQ that can't be repaired. At least we deserve this, those of us who were disadvantaged by this malfunction, I consider that is not fair.
Respectfully
Thank you @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit @Kabam Vydious @Kabam Lyra @Kabam Wolf

You had more than enough time to complete the events. If you didn't 24h before, it is not Kabam's fault but yours.

@Colonaut123 The time of events is set 'EQUAL' for all players at the beginning. If some have less time than others, due to problems of the game the fault is not of the players. Each of the players schedules their time to play and this is established at the beginning. It is not fair that others have less at the end. It does not matter if the amount of time is enough or not when the game it's not 'EQUAL' for all players. Also, the events are not the only point of the game, many alliances lost wars and quest because of this problems with the update (mine included).
  • Everyone should know by now, NOT to Update the game until after you have done everything you need to do on the previous month's quests, and should also do it preferably in between AW and AQ as well.

@SummonerNR The game was updated on its own. I 'ALWAYS' update it hours after the events of the previous month are over, mainly because the updates 'ALWAYS' come with problems at the beginning and Kabam show up 'ALWAYS' with a random 'emergency maintenance' to solve those updates issues.

    @IchBinTödlich that's why you turn off auto-updates.

Did these problems last more than three weeks? You know it is a risk to postpone time-sensitive events to the last hours. Consider this a lesson in time management.
