Captain america

So I have a question. Isn’t captain america considered the first avenger. And if so why aren’t all versions of him in this weeks challenge? Further more isn’t caiw considered a criminal, why doesn’t he gain energy in the challenge?

CAIW is not a criminal, or more specifically a villain. He is still a hero and fights for what’s right, just by his own terms and not the government’s. Villains are evil characters who try to inflict pain, misery, and death upon others.

just read this instead of making a new one.
avengers did not exist in wwii infact not until after 1995.
and in IW he rejoins to fight with the avengers even though he is on the run from the government
which is why he is CA IW and not nomad.
