Sir plz buff the punisher 2099. Cause punisher 2099 is too bad in attacked defense

    First off, don't judge every champion by how many hits they need to take down Winter Soldier. There are different ways of winning than simply inflicting raw damage.

    He has his uses. His BP is the highest in the game. Stun on heavy. Regen, heal block. He's quirky but ain't useless
