Act 6.2 Rarity Gates the beginning of the end for non whale spenders and/or not 7/24 on MCOC?

YouTubers who have reacted to the Act 6.2 Rarity Gates announcement mentioned that certain parts of Act 6.2 will require at least 4 x 6*s. What if: a. You don't have 4 x 6*s, or if you do, b. Your 6*s are garbage champs like mine?
I believe that Kabam should consider having one path on each segment of Act 6 that can be completed with 5*s of our choice. To impose such incredibly unreasonable requirements to even enter certain segments of the path is going to be the end of this game for those of us who don't spend thousands of dollars a month and/or spend 24/7 on this game.
But then again, perhaps that IS the direction that the game development team is taking. After all, why should they even think about the rest of us who aren't part of the 80% of their revenue, right?

6* champ gates are one lane per level, there are 10 lanes per level. 6.2.5 and 6.2.6 the one lane with be the 4x 6* champs. Still allows you to bring 5* champs but have to bring 4 6* as well....

24 paths are gated.
18 paths have 5* requirements.
6 paths have 6* requirements.
What will happen in 6.4? You can only enter using 3 or more 6 stars?
Is this how future content will be like?
Can I not even participate in content if I spend hundreds instead of thousands?
It's literally 1 path per quest with 6* requirements. Read the announcements properly, you can still get an initial completion.
5*s should be able to carry us through until whenever this game fades off into history.
They're not banning 5*s. Some Paths require 2, 3, or 4 6*s to complete, and people will be able to do about half without. To be perfectly honest, you should have at least that by that stage in the game.
To answer your question, you wait until you're equipped. Just like anyone else who's not ready yet.
You realize 1 whole chapter of act 5 had class gates that reduced attack by 50% rendering many champs less useful. We got through it then and we'll get through it again.
