I was tired and missed the 45%, my bad. However, with that particular Havok though, it STILL only hits 54k vs the 64k at 45%. So that's still a bit off. There's a SLIGHT chance the Recovery Mastery was maxed out which gives an additional 6.75%. So 51.75%. Here's the real issue, if the champ is gaining more than that, something is not working correctly.
I've yet to find a situation in any of the champs at 5* R5 or 6* R2 that could possibly get 80k health gain even at 45%. In the base health pool, one of the higher numbers I found was Cull and at 36k, amped 300% was 145,924. Which at 45% is only 65,665. That's almost equivalent to the Havok health gain and Havok's health pool is notably smaller.
Even with someone like King Groot at 6* R2, as his health pool is one of the largest in the game (40,969 @ 6* R2)... his regen on 45% of the 163,876 would be 73,744. That's still not hitting 80k. I cannot fathom a situation where it would. In higher health pools, 60k range is feasible. I just can't find whatever the extra variable is that's causing these numbers to be 10k or more higher than they would be.
@Harbinger195 if you happen to see 80k again, please tag me with the Champion that it occurred with. Also, if you could, habitually screenshot the pre-fight screen prior to entry to the fight. I want to see if the numbers visibly add up. I did mess up the Buffet number (45%, not 30... never do math when half awake, lol). Just the same, even with that in the equation, the numbers are still off. Masteries could be directly impacting this, but I can't find a situation where 80k would/should occur. The regen numbers do seem a bit high even with it being 45% (which is pretty intense to say the least).
