Sinister Labs did not reset [Merged Threads]

There were two. 24.1.1 was yesterday.
I never got either
Well the first was before EQ, so I assume you got it. The new one was a Hotfix. Not sure if it encompassed the Labs, but it came out yesterday.

I understand Sinister labs didnt reset so we missed a day. I have heard mentioned that they will be extended a day.if this is the case it still doesnt help with all the randomizers that will be wasted from claiming rewards. Can we please get an extension on the randomizers. Missing a day made it even harder to use up all i have expiring.

They're running an extra day.

That doesn't address people who may have used resources to complete tough nodes and got nothing for it. They should be given compensation that does not require them to play the labs again.

I submitted a ticket a 2-3 weeks ago when it happened to me. After a couple of days, all I got was a reply saying that it'd been fixed and it wouldn't happen again. That's fine, but what about the rewards I missed?
