It's called progression. If you have great skills, your roster is lacking.
"Why can't I finish labyrinth with 4 stars? Not fair!".
Everything in MCOC is progression-based. A lot of it depends on skills and roster. You can't comfortably grind champions if your roster isn't capable of it. Grow your account in depth and rank and you will eventually get where you want to be. Can't force things in this game.
I actually didnt think about using AA at all. Good one. The Sym Supreme fight was just luck with Sparky. If you can taunt out his SP2 right off the bat, youre golden. Just smack him w/ SP1s till the fight is over.
If he decides to save up for an SP3 however...
I just power drained him with the heavy right off the bat, and then went into the stun lock.
If you’re doing the boss rush with 4 stars then you shouldn’t be doing it at all. That content is not meant for all players. And probably not meant for you yet. Stuff like this is meant for players who are at least close to becoming elders bane IMO. If you’re using a certain 4 star for some champs like stark for sym and void for Domino that’s fine but tackling the whole thing with 4 stars isn’t meant for the average player.
I got Elder’s Bane with 4 stars. The fact that 10k shards aren’t worth going through these fights should say enough.
Ahh, these "venting" posts again. If The Boss Rush felt too much for you then maybe you might have to practice other strategies. Quake was just another stun-immune champ...not much skill involved. There are proper counters to these types of challenges, you just have to readjust your approach to each attempt.
The only 2-3 possibly challenging fights were Domino, who can be cleared with a 3* Void, debuff immune Quake, who can be cleared solely with skill, and SymSup, who is a stun lock fest with a 3* Spark.

This boss rush was definitely one of the easiest.
Again, I didn’t struggle with the difficulty of the boss rush challenge, that’s not my point. It’s not fun, and you’re doing it for 10k shards which has a very good chance of not helping you at all. The only people 10k shards help are progressing players. Kabam gave bs rewards and a sorry excuse of a boss rush challenge, when it could’ve been much better in terms of rewards and game play, to a much wider audience of players. If you wanna call other people trash at the game that’s on you but I’m just saying it was a painful experience to sit through, considering I was expecting a lot in terms of fights. Most of it was easy, and the ones they were trying to make hard were cheap, relying on Rng for you to beat. This coming from somebody who used a 5/50 archangel, and a 3 star sparky to beat the challenge, still relied on massive rng. That’s not challenging, it’s just cheap.

That’s cause it was designed as a challenge for people at your level, with suitable rewards at 10k 5* shards. And yes, even people at your level can complete it, addressing the “much wider audience”. At higher progression levels, this event was a 10 min or less “rush” for 10k shards.
There’s NO fight in the boss rush that relies on rng. Domino is unduped, hence no crit fail. SymSup, either be a good baiter, tank the sp3, or drain it right away with Vision/Spark.
You want more challenging fights? Go finish up Act 5 and act 6 when your roster gets more advanced.
The last 2 fights that required skill, ie Champion and Infinity Thanos, had the bulk of the community crying moneygrab. So a lot of fights were dumbed down and made easier.
Disagree with OP. It was good fun, it forced you to think about the matchups for each fight, all of which had multiple counters which could all be done with low rarity versions of these champions if you play well. And for a 5* fantastic reward for very little work
