Doesn’t matter who this deal is targeted at. 50 dollars just to rank 3 a 5* is absurd. 25 seems more apt

No F2P game whose monetization people have a brain are attempting to sell as much stuff as possible, any more than Apple attempts to sell as many iPhones as humanly possible. Anyone applying the armchair economics of potato chips to either business model won't really understand how either work.
If there weren't Youtuber's giving these offers Ds and Fs, Kabam would probably have to invent them.
I don’t buy it.
You may be on to something here...
The problem is you probably can't support a game like this with nothing but patrons. You need at least some encouragement to spend. But the more value you put in the offers, the more you devalue game play: you allow spenders to spend past free to play players and those who spend less. This is a necessary evil. You'd like the players' progress to be based on gameplay not spending, but you can't give nothing to spenders or you won't be able to support the game.
Who these offers target are players willing to accept as little as possible for their cash, while supporting the rest of the players who now don't have to pay anything to play the game. Some players need a lot of value for their cash. Some, but not many offers will have that kind of value. Most will have much less, because there are lots of players willing to spend without getting huge value.
Most players should be thanking them, because not only are they spending a lot of money, they are impacting everyone else's gameplay as little as possible while doing so. The players that need or demand a lot more value for their cash are basically saying they will only spend money on the game if they are handed a much larger advantage over all the other players in exchange. And the game basically tells them: we don't need your money. We'd rather the game earn less money but be less pay to win.
And every time a Youtuber says an offer has extremely poor value, they are signalling to the entire world that the people who spend money on the game aren't buying a lot with that cash. Which is a better advertisement that the game is not pay to win than Kabam could make themselves. Because if you're a new or prospective player, who are you going to believe: Kabam, or the guy calling Kabam a bunch of greedy developers? You're going to believe that guy, and that guy is basically saying the game is very friendly to free to play players, because they aren't missing out on much.
As I said: if they didn't exist, Kabam would have to invent them.
And they also have a lot of money to use.
