    He doesn't have an #Avenger tag, the lore leading up to this fact is irrelevant since the algorithm of the game only checks for the #Avenger tag before giving Corvus a persistent charge.

    If you were somehow getting an additional charge, then that's a bug and shouldn't be happening. It was never intended.
