Selling NAMOR

I have a 6 star NAMOR when I sell him and I will be selling him do to the changes that has been made will I get back enough shards for a new six star?

I don't think you get back any shards. Only what you invested after pulling him.

So if you pulled him as a 6*, and invested gold and ISO to take him from level 1 to level 25, you'll get that gold and ISO back. If you took him to r2, you get those catalysts back. If you pulled him twice to dupe him, then sunk 6* sig stones, you'll get those stones back.

At the end, you'll get him back as a 6* r1, level 1 again.

Basically, if I'm interpreting it correctly, there's no sense selling a 6* r1 Cull or Namor, cause you only get back the gold and ISO that you would presumably use to take them right back to where they are now.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but that's how I perceived the explanation.

You're expecting to get back 10k 6* shards from selling a 6* champ? Good luck with that..

That's correct. The announcement essentially says that you can get back rank up related materials. You can't trade in the champ itself. The "selling" is just a mechanism to allow them to properly return all rank up materials including signature stones and awakening gems used on the champ, which normal rank down tickets would not grant.

You should treat the entire exercise as a kind of super-rank down ticket where the champion will spit out any gold, ISO, sig stones, catalysts, rank up gems, and awakening gems that were used on the champ and the champ will be reduced to a rank 1/1 version. If the champ was pulled only once they will be unawakened and if the champ was pulled multiple times they will have the same sig level as they would have had if you pulled all the dups but didn't use awakening gems or sig stones.

So if I got him by a crystal and duped him by a crystal , I will get him back duped at level 20 correct ?

For the balance changes, we have two weeks to sell them to get them back as r1's, as well as getting our resources back

Please carefully review the explanation of the rank down process in the thread below. You will not get shards back if you sell a champion as part of the rank down for Cull Obsidian and Namor.
