Man, I wish I had such problems. Anyways, if you know how to Quake 'N Shake (completely untouchable gameplay style), then in my opinion she's the biggest cheat code to almost 80% of the game.
If you aren't confident with Quake, then I'd go with Ægon, followed by Hyperion. Eventually, you should take all of these champions up.
I’d rate my Quake game at 50/50. Sometimes i nail it, sometimes i get off on timing and get destroyed. The new Dr Doom boss in AQ, map 5, is a good example. I one shot him one time, get destroyed the next. 🤷🏻♂️
I have a both Aegon and Quake as 5 Stars at Rank 5.
I can tell you that Quake is the best for quirky, interactive damage over time fights but the true MVP of my roster is Aegon.
He can become debuff immune, his fury stack strategy can legitimately handle most endgame content, and the added health as a Rank 5 just makes him more durable.
He’s like 30+ health on my account. The more health, the better with a champ like Aegon because he depends on endurance. I use the Thor/Heimdall synergy to sustain him as well. Truly great champ - I would not have become Cavalier without him.
Also, I should mention that my Aegon is almost maxed out on his signature level too. That very important for him and should be taken into consideration.
I have both fury & Aegon at r5. Aegons Sig 200, fury at 140's. I use fury everywhere but I have to admit I've found Aegon to be more valuable in act 6, once he gets to 150+ hits he's f*ing amazing. So I'd say it depends where your up to in game.

Domino was my Allstar for elders bane and cavalier. I added R5 doctor doom that helped for the cavalier run.
