Purely skill? No. With some Champions, most attacks are possible, but not all. For ex, GMs special 2 is impossible to fully dodge. Hell of a light show tho

Can Nf sp1 be fully evaded? I can dodge first and second part but the last shots of the drone I just can't
I've done it before about twice (and shan't try again lol). There's a yt video on it somewhere but yes it can be evaded fully once you don't let the target catch you.

This question I have asked before and I'm a fans of dex SP.
Few dex are almost impossible but some players can, like GM"s sp2; Collector's sp1; War Machine's sp1; HtD's sp2; Agent Venom's sp1; P2099's sp1; Mangog's sp2; YJ's sp1 (without keeping distance); Heimdell's sp2....etc.

Get used to his sp2 when he was launched as boss in EQ, always think of Dave's "ding ding ding" sound when dex his 3 combos gun shots, thus 90% chance I can dex it.
If I am not mistaken, if you simply spam evade while using Nightcrawler, it is possible to dex every special attack in the game. And if there are exceptions (I wouldn't be surprised if there were), I'm sure you'd still be able to evade the vast majority of specials in the game.
